Le forze armate israeliane hanno invaso la Moschea di Abramo a Hebron cacciandone le centinaia di fedeli musulmani in preghiera. Una volta svuotata, la moschea è stata riaperta per farvi entrare i coloni illegali.

Valle del Giordano
Lunedì 1/6, soldati israeliani hanno sequestrato un serbatoio d’acqua, un sistema di irrigazione agricolo, dei bulldozer ed un trattore nel villaggio di al-Jiftlik, nella Valle del Giordano. Secondo quanto riferito, le truppe israeliane hanno smantellato e requisito un sistema di irrigazione utilizzato per innaffiare terreni agricoli, coltivati con viti e palme.

Le IOF bruciano vaste aree agricole nella Valle del Giordano
Martedì 2/6, le forze di occupazione israeliane (IOF) hanno bruciato vaste aree di terra agricola e pastorale durante esercitazioni nella Valle del Giordano, nel nord della Cisgiordania. Secondo fonti locali, circa 18 ettari di terra coltivata a grano, orzo e altre colture, e circa 820 ettari di pascoli sono andati distrutti.http://www.infopal.it/
L’UE chiede la fine delle politiche di demolizione attuate da Israele
2/6/2020 Le missioni dell’Unione Europea (UE) a Gerusalemme e Ramallah hanno rilasciato una dichiarazione, la scorsa settimana, riguardante l’escalation di demolizioni di case di proprietà palestinese ordinate e condotte dalle autorità israeliane nella Cisgiordania occupata nel corso del 2020.
La dichiarazione ha osservato che la demolizione israeliana delle case palestinesi non solo è continuata durante il mese di Ramadan, ma è triplicata rispetto al 2019.
“In linea con la posizione di lunga data dell’UE sulla politica di insediamento di Israele – illegale ai sensi del diritto internazionale – e le azioni intraprese in tale contesto, come trasferimenti forzati, sfratti, demolizione e confisca di case, l’UE sollecita le autorità israeliane a fermare le demolizioni di strutture palestinesi”.

Arresti e detenzione. Il detenuto palestinese Sami Janazra di 47 anni ha iniziato il terzo sciopero della fame nei 4 anni di detenzione. Decine di detenuti palestinesi nel carcere di israeliano di Hadareem jail stanno per iniziare uno sciopero della fame collettivo.
Le forze israeliane hanno arrestato il 2 giugno almeno 20 palestinesi, denuncia la Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS). Di questi 5 a Jenin, con scontri all’interno del campo profughi.
